CHOC MUFFIN

Choc Muffin. With cost of RM10 you can get 16 cups of Choc Muffin.

My family and officemate love it very much!

The ingredients:

1) 500gm Muffin Mix
2) 100gm Milk
3) 4 eggs (medium size, don’t use big size ok)
4) 140gm melted butter



Steps:Beat 1, 2 & 3 in 4 minutes (average speed)Fold in melted butterDecorated it with chocolate chip & bake it!I really enjoyed cooking because I can get all stuffs for cooking from a special cake shop in Kepong town.Enjoy!
